Shively AI provides AI-powered voice assistant services for businesses, including answering calls,
collecting caller information, and sending notifications to the business. Scheduling features may be enabled for certain clients.
2) Acceptable use
- No illegal use, harassment, or fraud
- No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
- No misuse of SMS/voice communications
3) Communications and consent
By calling a business using our assistant, you consent to interacting with an automated system.
Calls may be recorded where legally permitted and/or configured by the business.
By interacting with the service, you acknowledge and consent to receive automated voice responses and, where applicable, text messages in accordance with applicable laws including the TCPA.
